Making an Appointment

To arrange a consultation with Dr. Kassam, Dr. Kelly or one of Saint John's other specialists, please call the Neuroscience Institute / Brain Tumor Center or submit your request via email one of our clinical coordinators. When calling or emailing, please provide us with your most recent relevant medical records including diagnostic imaging (e.g., MRI, CT), blood tests and prior consultations. If some tests have not been done, our Clinical Coordinators can help you arrange these as well.
